Ingredients

Preparation of zucchini quiche with onion
- Turn on the oven at 175º C, with heat from above and below, so that it takes up temperature. Put the two broken doughs each in a mold, forming a small wall on the walls so that the filling that you put on your quiche and that it does not come out.

- In a deep bowl and with the help of electric rods, beat the three eggs until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Then, without stopping beating, pour in the cream until it is fully integrated.
- As a result, you will obtain a very soft whitish mixture, to which you will add the salt and pepper. Stir well for a couple of minutes and check the flavor to see if it needs more salt or pepper to be to your liking.
- Then add the onion and zucchini and stir slowly so that both ingredients take on the flavor of the mixture and are well integrated.
- Clever? Well, distribute this mixture in the two broken masses, spreading it with the help of a spoon or a wooden trowel.
- When you have poured all the mixture, coat both with the grated. You can use Emmental or whatever you like better.
- Finally, you must put each quiche in the oven for at least a quarter of an hour or until you see that the cheese is golden.
- If you prefer a crispy quiche, you will need to bake it for at least 20 minutes. In this case, a trick so that it does not burn is that after the quarter of an hour you turn off the oven and with the heat it is finished.
