  • 2 broken masses

Preparation of zucchini quiche with onion

  8. Then add the onion and zucchini and stir slowly so that both ingredients take on the flavor of the mixture and are well integrated.
  9. Clever? Well, distribute this mixture in the two broken masses, spreading it with the help of a spoon or a wooden trowel.
  10. When you have poured all the mixture, coat both with the grated. You can use Emmental or whatever you like better.
  11. Finally, you must put each quiche in the oven for at least a quarter of an hour or until you see that the cheese is golden.
