Ingredients

100 gr. from Yucca
2 chicken breasts chicken
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 tooth of Garlic
1 Red pepper
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Preparation of cassava with chicken

After peeling the yucca well, you chop it into the size that you like the most and put it to cook in a bowl with plenty of water for about 15 minutes, so that it is soft.
Once this is achieved, strain it, drain well and let it dry.
Peel the onion, wash it a little to eliminate its tear effect and chop it well, just like the garlic. You put both ingredients in the pan to fry.
Cut the peppers into strips and, if you wish, also the chicken breasts, into not too thick strips.
When you see that the onion begins to have a little color, add the peppers and sauté all the vegetables well together.
With the vegetables ready, add the chicken pieces and fry them, along with a little salt and pepper.
In the case of cassava, they are going to be fried in a frying pan with plenty of oil as if they were fried potatoes.
