- 1 kg. pig’s trotters
- two onions
- 1 green pepper
- 1 head of garlic
- 250 ml. from White wine
- 1 chorizo
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 4 black peppercorns
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of chopped parsley (optional)
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt to taste
Preparation of the stewed pig trotters in thermomix
