Ingredients

130 gr. of butter.
¼ kg. Of flour.
90 gr. of sugar.
one egg big.
1 tablespoon of white sugar.
Essence of vanilla
Chocolate to decorate.

We are going to start by taking a large bowl and adding the sugar along with the butter. Using electric rods we beat everything so that they are well mixed, forming a kind of cream. Then we add the egg, the vanilla essence and we beat everything again for several minutes until it is a smooth and fine mixture.
Then we add the flour, and we stir it all a little until it forms a dough. Then we begin to use our hands to knead it, mixing all the ingredients well. Use flour so your hands don’t get so sticky. Do not stop until you have formed a ball, then put it, together with the bowl, in the refrigerator to cool for half an hour.
Go lighting the oven at 190º C so that it warms up and while we are going to take care of making the shape of the cookies. We take the dough out of the fridge and put it on a smooth wooden board. We add a little flour so that it does not stick and with a rolling pin we begin to knead it, trying not to leave it too thick or too thin.
Using the molds, we will shape the cookies as we like them the most. We will place them on the oven tray one by one in a row, trying to leave a small gap between them so that they do not stick.
With the tray already full, or having made the amount we wanted, we put the tray in the oven and let it cook for 15 minutes or so, checking from time to time so that they do not burn. When it takes half the time, if you want you can turn them around so that they are done equally well on the top and on the bottom.
