1 pack of spinach
1 onion
4 potatoes
4 teeth of Garlic
150 gr. toasted pine nuts

The first thing you have to do is clean the spinach, separate the leaves from the stems and drain them in a colander.
Next, put some water in a pot. Add salt and put it on the fire. As soon as it comes to a boil, add the spinach and leave it on medium heat for about eight minutes. When they are, put them in a colander so that they lose all the water. Reservation.
Now peel the potatoes and cut them into squares of the same size. Heat a little water in the same pot that you used before and, as soon as it is hot, add the potatoes. They have to be boiling for about twenty minutes. When this time has passed, pierce them with a fork and, if you see that they are soft, remove them from the pot and put them to drain.
Now wash, peel and cut the garlic cloves and onion as small as you can and heat a little oil in a pan. As soon as it is hot, add the garlic and onion and, as soon as it has browned everything well. add the spinach and pine nuts. Salt and pepper and give everything a couple of turns.
