Ingredients

1 pack of spinach
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic sprouts
100 gr. from bacon
Salt
Pepper to taste

Preparation of sautéed spinach with garlic

The first thing you should do is wash the spinach very well. Next, separate the leaves from the stems, drain and reserve in a container.
Now wash the garlic sprouts and cut them into small pieces, both the white and the green parts.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the garlic sprouts. When they are golden brown, add the bacon and wait for it to brown as well. Five minutes will be enough.
Now add the spinach leaves and stir. As they are reduced add more leaves, until you have put them all.
It is important that you do not stop moving the contents of the pan so that the garlic does not stick. Salt and pepper to taste and, when the water released by the spinach has been almost completely consumed, they will be ready.
Serve the sautéed spinach with garlic as a main dish or as an accompaniment to your favorite meals, you will see how they go well with everything. Very good profit!
