Ingredients

½ kg. Of flour
¼ kg. of butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
200 gr. of sugar
two eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
150 gr. from nutella
two bananas

Preparation of cookies decorated with nutella

These cookies are NOT nutella, but are decorated with nutella, so this ingredient is not one of their dough. And, now we know that we will not use the chocolate until the end, we start with the rest of the preparation!
The first thing is to put the sifted flour and the tablespoon of salt in a bowl and in another place the butter and sugar. Beat these last two ingredients and add the eggs and vanilla. Mix again.
Now integrate the sifted flour and salt to the rest of the ingredients and keep stirring until you get a solid dough. Then, cover the container where you have it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge.
After an hour, you can remove the dough and heat the oven to 190ºC.
Flatten the dough on a flat surface with the help of one knee and, as soon as you see that it is, at most, three millimeters thick, it will be done. Now take a glass and go making circles, because the cookies are going to be shaped like a face.
Now place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with kitchen paper and bake them for ten minutes. Take advantage of this time to prepare the bananas.
We are going to use them as the eyes and mouth of the cookies, so open them, cut them into slices and, from some of them, make half moons – it will be the smiles-.
If the cookies are already there, take them out and let them cool. As soon as they are, place the nutella on them with the help of a spoon and then put the banana pieces until your cookies look like a face, how cute!
