225 gr. of butter
240 gr. icing sugar
2 tablespoons of essence of vanilla
1 clear of egg
400 gr. Of flour
50 gr. cornstarch
1 tablespoon of salt

Preparation of decorated thermomix cookies

Put the butter in the thermomix glass and beat it on speed 3 for a minute. Lower what is stuck to the bottom of the glass and put the same program again.
Now you program it at speed 1 but do not have time and you will add the icing sugar, but by tablespoons.

You will see that a homogeneous mass is forming little by little. You take it out and let it rest in the fridge covered with plastic wrap.
When it is ready, you take it out and knead it well with the rolling pin on a floured surface. Take portions and give them the shape you want.
You are placing them on the baking tray covered with baking paper.
Turn the oven to 180º C, and when all the cookies are set put inside.
For the decoration you can use whatever you want: chocolate, fondant, bitumen … the choice is yours.
