- 1 yoghurt natural sweetened
- 125 ml. milk
- 125 ml. Of olive oil
- 250 gr. of sugar
- 500 gr. Of flour
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom aroma
Preparation of yogurt cake without egg
- Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl and add the sugar. Begin to stir to mix well and produce a creamy but whitish mixture.
- Now add the olive oil along with the milk. With the help of some electric rods, begin to stir until both ingredients are very well integrated and this time get a smooth mixture.
- Add the cinnamon and vanilla and stir again to integrate everything. If you want your cake to have a lemon flavor you can add a little zest of this citrus.
- Put the oven on at 180ºC so that it heats up and down.
- Sift the flour and add it little by little while using the electric whisk. Everything will be integrated well.
- Pour this mixture into a mold that is suitable for the microwave and which is advisable to spread with a little olive oil or butter.
- Bake the tray for about 40 minutes.
- After this time, prick with a knife and, if it comes out clean, your cake is done. Turn off the oven, take it out and wait for it to cool to decorate with a little sugar. As soon as you try it, you will love it!
