  • 1 yoghurt from lemon
  • 2 apples
  • 3 eggs

  • 1 more pinch of flour
  • The size of 1 glass yoghurt full of sugar
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 1 pinch of butter
  • Icing sugar to taste

Preparation of the yogurt cake with walnuts

  1. Before starting to prepare the cake, heat the oven to a temperature of 180ºC and with the heat from above and below. Let’s go for the cake.
  2. Pour the lemon yogurt into a bowl and keep the container to calculate the ingredient measurements.
  3. Next, put the 3 eggs and a glass of yogurt full of sugar in another bowl. Beat everything well with the help of a mixer for about 5 minutes at medium speed. The mixture should be as fluffy as possible.
  4. Now put the yogurt together with the eggs and sugar and beat the mixture for a few more seconds. Pour in a measure of oil yogurt and continue mixing with the mixer.
  5. Add the yeast to the dough and beat again while adding the three glasses of flour gently.
  6. Now peel the apples and cut them into very small squares. Add them to the dough together with the walnuts, of which you should save about a quarter, and stir everything well with the help of a wooden spoon.
  7. Choose a mold of your liking and grease it with a pinch of butter. Add the dough you just made and sprinkle a pinch of flour over the walnuts that you have set aside. Place them on top of the dough.
  8. Put the mold in the middle of the oven, and when it takes about half an hour, check if the cake is ready. For this you must prick it for example with a toothpick, and when it comes out clean, the cake will be done.
