- 30 gr. stevia powder
- 1 yoghurt natural descreamdo
- 250 gr. whole wheat flour
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 125 gr. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 Orange
- 1 pinch of butter
Preparation of the yogurt cake with stevia
- The first thing you have to do is preheat the oven to 180ºC, since the preparation of this rich yogurt cake with stevia will be ready immediately. Put the heat both up and down.
- Put the yogurt, eggs and oil in the blender glass. Beat until all ingredients are well mixed. Then sift the flour and yeast, and also add them to the previous mixture along with the stevia. Stir it all up.
