- two yogurts
- 375 gr. Of flour
- 250 gr. of sugar
- 125 ml. Of olive oil
- 1 sachet of yeast
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 50 gr. blackberries
Preparation of yogurt cake with honey
- The first thing to do is to turn on the oven, at about 180º C so that it warms up.
- We pour the eggs into a large bowl and beat them well with the sugar, trying to get a whitish mixture. Once ready, we add half of the honey, one of the two yogurts and the yeast. We mix everything again until it is unified in a great mixture. Reserve the other yogurt and honey.
- Now it is the turn of the flour which we sift and we will add little by little without stopping beating.
- A homogeneous creamy mixture is ready, we spread a mold with a little butter and pour our mixture to finally put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
- After this time, we check if it is already pricking with a knife. If it comes out clean, it’s done.
- We take it out of the oven, wait for it to cool and cut it into pieces. To serve we have to accompany it with the other yogurt that we have not used, half of the honey that you previously reserved and the blackberries. You’ll love it!
