  • two yogurts
  • 3 eggs
  • 375 gr. Of flour
  • 250 gr. of sugar
  • 1 sachet of yeast
  • 150 gr. from almonds
  • 125 ml. of oil
  • 5 gr. of butter

Preparation of yogurt cake with almonds

  1. First of all you are going to sift the flour into a bowl. Add the yeast and mix.
  2. Next, you are going to beat the eggs together with the sugar until a whitish mixture forms. Use the butter to grease the mold where you are going to make this cake.
  3. Add one of the two yogurts to the bowl where the eggs are and beat again until everything is well integrated and there is not a single lump. The other save for later.
  4. Crush 100 gr well. of almonds until they are the size you want and add them to the mixture. Reserve the rest of the nuts.
  5. Next, you are going to add the yeast flour mixture to the container where all the ingredients are, while stirring with electric rods. When you have already added everything, add the oil little by little while stirring again.
  6. A creamy mixture will form which you have to put in the bowl that you have previously spread. Put it in the oven at 180ºC.
  7. Before removing the cake, which will take about 40 minutes to be ready, puncture it to check if it is well done inside.
