- 3 eggs
- 350 gr. of sugar
- 125 ml. of oil
- 350 gr. rice flour or other flour that is gluten-free
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 lemon
Preparation of gluten-free yogurt cake
- First of all, put the oven on at 180ºC so that it gets the necessary temperature to prepare your cake. Grease the mold where you will later put the mixture.
- Put the eggs, yogurt and sugar in a bowl. Mix everything well.
- If it has already been integrated, sift the flour and baking soda and add it to the bowl. Keep mixing.
- Grate the lemon peel and put it in the bowl as well. Add the oil and keep stirring.
