Following the Dukan diet can be very hard, but this does not mean that you have to put aside enjoying many dishes that will undoubtedly be the tastiest for your palate.

Ingredients

120 gr. of bran of oatmeal
80 gr. milk powder descreamgives
1 envelope of royal yeast
two yogurts natural descreamtwo
4 clear of egg
2 tablespoons sweetener
1/3 teaspoon of food coloring
1/3 teaspoon of salt

Preparation of dukan yogurt cake

In a deep bowl you are going to mix the oat bran with the powdered milk, yeast and salt. Stir well with a teaspoon so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
In another container, which can be the blender glass, mix the egg whites, yogurts and saccharin. Beat until you get a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
Now, little by little, go pouring this mixture that you have prepared without stopping beating for a single moment. Add the food coloring and beat again.
Let the cream rest for a few minutes.
Put the oven on at 180º C so that it warms up.
Pour the dough you have prepared into a removable mold, smearing with a little olive oil or a little margarine, and put in the oven.
It will take about 30 – 40 minutes to complete.
Before removing it, do not forget to prick the cake with a toothpick or a knife to check that it comes out clean. That way you will know if it is already well done inside.
Don’t eat it right out of the box. Let it rest a bit so that the dough finishes curdling and is very fluffy.
