The yakisoba with vegetables it is a very healthy and balanced dish. You can serve it as a single dish or as a side.

Ingredients

  • 300 gr. from noodles soba
  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup of grated carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • ¼ of onion cut into strips
  • 2 green cabbage leaves, chopped
  • 6 tablespoons yakisoba sauce
  • Red ginger

Yakisoba recipe with vegetables

  1. The first thing is that you start putting the noodles to be made, so that you can prepare the vegetables. Follow the instructions on the package you bought to get it right.
