- 360 gr. from prawns
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 250 gr. from green beans
- Ginger
- Red sauce
- Olive oil
Prawn wok recipe
- Peel and chop the onion into pieces as small as you can and cut the carrot into small cubes. Put both ingredients to fry in the wok with olive oil.
- When they take on color, add the shrimp, already peeled, along with the green beans. Stir well and fry everything for about 10 minutes.
- After that time, add the red sauce and a little ginger. Stir again and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Serve the portions and ready to eat.
