Ingredients
- 390 gr. beef
- 1 green pepper
- 1 Red pepper
- 250 gr. from noodles from rice
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Soy sauce
Beef wok recipe
- The first thing is to put the noodles to cook in water with a little salt or olive oil, so that they are tender when you need them.
- You are going to chop the vegetables, starting with the onion. You peel it, wash it with water to reduce its tear effect and chop it into small pieces. Cut the peppers into strips. You put all these vegetables to fry in the wok with olive oil for about 10 minutes.
- While you are cutting the beef into cubes or strips, as you prefer. When the vegetables are ready, add them and stir well. You let everything cook together.
- As the noodles will be ready, strain them and drain well to remove all the water.
- As soon as you see that the meat is to your liking, add the noodles and stir so that the wok ingredients are well distributed among the noodles.
- Pour soy sauce to your liking, turn up the heat and cook everything together for 5 minutes.
- With this you will have your plate ready.
