  • 16 medium-sized puff pastry volcanoes
  • 200 gr. of gulas
  • 100 gr. from prawns
  • two eggs
  • 1 tooth of Garlic
  • 100 gr. from Philadelphia cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 60 ml. from cream to cook
  • 1 chilli
  • Olive oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of the volcanoes stuffed with eels and prawns

  1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it into very small pieces. Pour a little olive oil into a skillet, just enough to cover the bottom, and heat it over medium heat. Then add the minced garlic clove and fry it, along with the chilli. Wait for the garlic to turn golden brown, but don’t let it over-roast.
  2. Once the garlic takes the desired color, add the gulas and the prawns, which must be raw and peeled. Sauté both ingredients, until the eels are ready and the prawns are too, which will take ten minutes.
  3. When the gulas and prawns are done, add the butter. Stir it well among the other ingredients and wait for it to melt completely. Meanwhile, go beating the eggs.
  4. As soon as you see that the butter is melted, add the beaten eggs and the cooking cream. Season everything with a pinch of ground black pepper and salt.
  5. Wait for the egg to set, and at that moment you can turn off the pan and set its contents aside. Go filling the volcanoes with this filling that you just prepared. Decorate them by placing the Philadelphia cheese on top and use a spoon to make it easier. Your volcanoes stuffed with eel and prawns are ready! Don’t wait any longer and serve them right now!
