Ingredients

  • 8 volcanoes
  • 1 can of tuna in olive oil
  • 3 eggs size XL
  • 80 gr. mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 1/2 juice lemon
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of the tuna and egg stuffed volcanoes

  1. Let’s start preparing these tuna and egg stuffed volcanoes by adding plenty of water to a medium saucepan and heating it until it boils. When the water is boiling, add the three eggs and cook for fifteen minutes.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, pour the contents of the can of tuna into a bowl and shred the fish with the help of a fork so that it is well loose. Wash the onion and cut it into very small squares. As soon as you have it ready, add it to the bowl.
  3. Let the eggs cool as soon as they are done, then peel them. Cut them into cubes as small as you can and add them to the container where you have the tuna and onion.
  4. Then add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and mayonnaise and mix. Now you have the filling for the volcanoes ready! Let’s ride them!
  5. Place all the volcanoes on a tray and fill them with this mixture with the help of a spoon. When you have them all assembled, decorate with some parsley leaves and serve. You already have your volcanoes stuffed with tuna and egg! To enjoy!
