The honey vinaigrette has a sweet touch similar to balsamic vinegar reductions, but is healthier.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar.
- ½ glass of olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon of mustard.
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper.
Honey vinaigrette recipe.
- In a bowl we heat the honey in the microwave for a minute or so.
- When we take it out, we let it cool a little and we add a pinch of salt, pepper to taste, and then the vinegar and mustard. We stir everything well until it becomes a little pasty.
- Now add the oil, little by little while stirring until the vinaigrette sauce is formed.
