  1. We will start by washing the leeks well to remove any soil they may have and we will proceed to cut them into small pieces. We peel the potato, wash it well and cut it into small pieces.
  2. We put a little oil in a saucepan and put it on medium power. We add everything and begin to poach it, stirring it well.
  3. When the onion begins to be transparent add the chicken broth. Now add a little salt and pepper and stir everything. Leave it for 20 minutes on medium power so that the ingredients cook well.

In a frying pan, with a little oil, add the slices of ham or the cubes, and fry them well, until they are golden brown to our liking. We take out the cream and put them inside, stirring it. It only remains to distribute the portions and ready to eat.
