The Vegetable stew with Philadelphia makes the dish taste so much better and have a unique flavor.
- ½ cauliflower
- 200 gr. from green beans
- 8 asparagus whites
- two carrots
- 4 artichokes
- 2 sheets of chard
- 200 gr. from spinach
- 50 gr. of ham in cubes
- ½ lemon
- Olive oil
- 50 gr. Of flour
- two eggs
- Philadelphia cheese
Vegetable stew recipe with Philadelphia
- After having washed the artichokes under running water, chop them up a little and spread them with a little lemon. Put them to cook in a saucepan with water, a little salt and parsley, for 15 minutes. In another saucepan, cook the asparagus, previously washed and without the bottom, for 10 minutes. When they are ready, reserve both ingredients.
- Next, separate the cauliflower into bunches, cut the beans in half, the carrot into a few not very thick slices and separate the chard, on the one hand the leaves and on the other hand the stalks. Cut the stalks into not very thick pieces. Put a large and fairly deep pot on the fire with about two liters of water. Place the vegetables in a basket or strainer and let them steam, placing the utensil on the saucepan.
- Chop the leaves and cook them in the same water with the spinach. Once ready, chop them and make some balls. Bathe the balls in egg, flour them and fry them with a little oil.
- In that same pan, once you have finished the batter, put the ham cubes to brown. Once golden brown, add the battered vegetables, cover with water and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and finish it for another 10.
- Finally, when serving on the plate, you just have to add the amount of Philadelphia cheese that you want.
