  5. In another pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and fry the three cloves of garlic, with the Serrano ham and a little flour. Add a pinch of salt.
  6. Add the vegetable broth and wait for it to come to a boil. As soon as it does, lower the heat and add the vegetables. Wait five minutes and turn off the heat.
