120 gr. from onion
2 teeth of Garlic
120 gr. bacon
5 gr. Of flour
1 teaspoon of paprika
150 gr. from tomato fried
1 beef stock cube
350 ml. of water
30 ml. Of olive oil
1 bag of frozen vegetable stew

Thermomix vegetable stew recipe

Peel the onion and cut it into quarters. Put in the glass of the thermomix, program at speed 5 for two seconds so that it chops. Lower the pieces to the bottom of the glass, add the oil, and program at varoma temperature, speed 1 for 10 minutes.
Once this program is finished, add the bacon, to program for 3 minutes again at varoma temperature, turn to the left with spoon speed. Then add the flour, which will be a tablespoon, program 100º C temperature, turn to the left, speed 2 for 1 minute.
Then add the paprika, program for 10 seconds, turn to the left at speed 2. Continue with the fried tomato, program for 2 minutes, temperature 100º C, turn to the left at speed 2.
Finally, add the water, the stock cube and the vegetable stew bag. Program for 30 minutes at 100º C, turn to the left and spoon speed.
