- 500 gr of potatoes
- one zucchini
- ½ pumpkin little
- 250 gr of carrot
- 2 sweet potatoes or sweet potatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
Preparation of vegetable stew in thermomix
- The first thing you are going to do is prepare the vegetables so that they are ready to be cooked in the thermomix. To do this, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into two parts.
- Then cut the zucchini into four pieces and peel the squash, sweet potatoes and garlic cloves. All ready? We started!
- Add the garlic cloves to the thermomix glass. Program the food processor to grind for 4 seconds at speed 5.
- Then add the carrot along with ½ liter of water and program the thermomix again, but this time for 15 minutes, at varoma temperature, turning to the left and spoon speed.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the thermomix glass along with 300 ml more of water. Add salt to taste and program 25 minutes at spoon speed, turn to the left at varoma temperature.
- To finish, grind the vegetable stew in a thermomix, setting the robot on speed 7 for 2 minutes or until you notice that the preparation has the texture you want.
