  8. Put parchment paper on the baking sheet and put the dough on top. Shape the edges with your hands and brush it with a little olive oil.
  9. Drain the vegetables that you had marinating and pour them over the dough. Make sure the dough is well covered.
  10. Put in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 200º C. It is important that you control the coca so that it does not burn.
  11. Once the coca is golden brown and the vegetables are well roasted, take it out of the oven and when it is warm it can be eaten.
