- 150 ml of soy milk
- 150 ml of sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of juice lemon
- 4 pickled gherkins
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 100 gr. parsley
- Salt
- Pepper to taste
Preparation of the vegan tartar sauce
- To prepare a delicious vegan tartar sauce, the first thing you should do is have your ingredients ready. To do this, cut the 1/2 onion into small squares, as well as the pickles, capers and parsley. The smaller the ingredients are cut, the better your vegan tartar sauce will turn out.
- Then, add the soy milk, vinegar and lemon juice to the blender glass. Process until the ingredients are combined and add salt and pepper to taste.
