  • 4 leeks
  • two potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable margarine
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Vegan vichyssoise preparation

  6. Add the milk once the quarter of an hour has passed and begin to beat until it forms a smooth vichyssoise.
  7. Before serving it is better that you let it rest a little in the fridge.
