If you can’t drink milk or are vegan, you’re in luck! why will we teach you to do Vegan CupCake.
- 125 gr. oil coconut.
- 125 gr. of brown sugar.
- 1 lemon.
- 125 gr. gluten-free flour.
- 10 gr. yeast.
- 200 gr. of puree Apple.
- 8 tablespoons of icing sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa.
- 1 avocado mature.
Vegan CupCake Recipe:
- First of all is to prepare the apple puree. To do this, we will chop and wash about 4 apples well. We chop them into small pieces and put them in a saucepan, in which we will add the squeezed lemon juice, two tablespoons of brown sugar and a little coconut oil. We put to heat at half power until the apples soften.
- Now we take the apples and crush them into a puree, which we will place in a bowl.
- Turn on the oven at 170º C to have them ready.
- To the puree we will add the rest of the brown sugar, the coconut oil and the yeast and flour. We mix it as well as we can with electric rods or a mixer.
- We distribute in the different bases of the CupCakes the mixture that we have already prepared in the oven for about 20 minutes.
- In what CupCakes are made, we will take care of preparing what we will put on top.
- We peel the avocado and mash it well until it becomes a puree, to which we will add the icing sugar and the cocoa powder. We mix as well as we can and we already have our decoration.
- When the CupCakes are ready, we place it on top as an ornament and we have these great CupCakes ready.
