  • 250 gr. Of flour
  • 375 gr. of sugar
  • 125 gr. cocoa powder
  • 250 ml. soy milk
  • 30 gr. from walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of extract vanilla (optional)

Vegan brownie preparation

  1. To start preparing this rich vegan brownie, start by preheating the oven to 180ºC so that it reaches the right temperature when baking.
  2. In a deep bowl add the flour together with the cocoa powder, the yeast and the sugar. Stir well until all the ingredients are well mixed. Then add the liquid sweetener that you have chosen and the vanilla if you have decided to incorporate it. Stir well.
  3. Now pour the soy milk and mix until you get a homogeneous mass. When you have achieved it, add the walnuts, chopped into small pieces and stir again.
  4. Next, with the tablespoon of vegetable oil, grease the baking tin that you are going to use and pour the dough making sure it is well spread.
  5. Put the brownie in the oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC with heat from the bottom.
  6. Once the 20 minutes have passed, check with the help of a fork or toothpick that the brownie is well cooked. If the toothpick is still wet, let it bake for an additional 10 minutes.
