  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 and a half cups of flour
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 cup of milk
  • two eggs
  • 1 tablespoon extract vanilla
  • Cupcake molds

For the buttercream:

  • 100 gr. unsalted butter
  • 250 gr. icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 40 gr. grated almonds or carrot

Preparation of the vanilla cupcakes

  1. The first thing is to prepare the dough for the cupcakes, so put the oven on at 180º C so that it takes up temperature.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl and the yeast into a bowl and mix well.
  3. In another bowl put the butter and sugar and integrate it. When everything is mixed, add the eggs and milk. Reintegrate.
  4. Now add the sifted ingredients to this container and also add the vanilla. Mixture.
