12 tortillas
½ kg. shredded cooked turkey
one onion
2 teeth of garlic
1 cup of tomatoes crushed
½ Red pepper
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
½ cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon cumin
Ground black pepper
Salt

To accompany:

1 cup of refried beans
2 cups shredded lettuce
Guacamole
Grated cheese

Preparation of the turkey tacos

Before starting you must prepare the turkey and all you have to do is put two raw fillets with boiling water, a little salt and half an onion until the meat is soft. Crumble when cool.
To prepare the dressing for your stew, dice the onion, pepper and garlic. Wash the coriander well, remove the stems and chop the leaves finely.
Next, heat the olive oil and add the onion, stir frequently and when it becomes transparent add the garlic and pepper. Sauté for a few minutes, add the crushed tomato, cumin and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook for five minutes.
