  • 1 turkey of 4kg
  • 4 teeth of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/2 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 glass of White wine
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

For the apple syrup:

  • 3 red apples
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 stick of cinnamon

Preparation of baked turkey with apple

  1. Let’s start preparing the turkey: Wash it with water and dry it with absorbent paper. Then season the turkey with the oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper rubbing with your hands so that it is well impregnated.
  2. Place the turkey on a baking sheet and with the help of a knife cut from the skin to the bone, especially the thighs and breasts. Reserve the turkey and meanwhile we are preparing a mash.
  3. In a mortar you are going to crush the garlic cloves, the parsley and a pinch of salt. When you have it, add the preparation to a container and mix with the vegetable broth, the wine and three tablespoons of olive oil. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

  7. Halfway through cooking the turkey, open the oven and turn it to brown all over. When there are 30 minutes until the turkey is ready, open the oven and bathe the turkey with the syrup and place the apples on top.
  8. After the cooking time is over, remove the turkey from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
