Ingredients

  • 4 turkey thighs
  • 1 onion big
  • 4 potatoes
  • 3 teeth of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation of baked turkey with potatoes and onion

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC so that it is at the correct temperature when you bake the turkey.
  2. Wash the turkey mules, pat them dry and add thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper by rubbing them with your hands. Then peel and cut the onion into julienne strips and the potatoes into slices. Reserve everything.
  3. In a mortar add the garlic cloves, the parsley and a pinch of salt. Mash everything and then add the mixture to a bowl along with the wine and three tablespoons of olive oil. Stir and reserve.
  4. Place the onions and potatoes in a baking dish and on top of them add the turkey thighs. Then pour the mash making sure that all the thighs are well impregnated.
  5. Bake the turkey for 50 minutes at 200 ° C.
  6. Halfway through cooking, open the oven, remove the potatoes and onions, flip the turkey thighs, and add the cup of chicken broth. Continue baking the turkey for the remaining time.
  7. After the cooking time you have your turkey baked with potatoes and onion, take it out of the oven, let it rest for 20 minutes and then serve and enjoy. Take advantage!
