  • 1 large turkey (about 9 kilos)
  • 1 cup of butter
  • 4 cups of White wine
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced sage
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped thyme
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Ground black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation of the turkey in the oven with the fine herbs
