- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 1 cucumber
- two tomatoes
- 1 branch of celery
- 1 onion
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- two lemons
- Black pepper
- Salt
Preparation of light tuna salad
- To make this salad you are going to start by cutting the lettuce into strips. Then fill a bowl with water and soak the lettuce for five minutes to disinfect it.
- Put it to drain in a colander, pass it through the centrifuge to dry it well and reserve. Also drain the tuna and crumble it.
- Next, peel the onion and cut it into very thin julienne strips. To soften their flavor, place them in a bowl with ice water and a little lemon juice and let it sit for five minutes.
