This recipe from empanada with tuna with egg It is a rich and easy simple recipe. Ideal to eat at the office or school.
Ingredients
- 2 packages of empanada pasta
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 teeth of Garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 zucchini
- 1 can of pitted green olives
- 1 glass of tomato natural
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Tuna patty with egg recipe
- Put the oven on at 220º C so that it preheats and thus has it ready when you need it.
- Heat water in a saucepan and add three of the eggs, so that they get hard, which will take about 9 – 10 minutes.
- Now peel and chop the onion very well into pieces as small as you can. Do the same with the garlic cloves and zucchini, all in small pieces. If you have trouble doing this, it is best to put everything through the shredder.
- Once ready, start heating oil in a pan and add all the vegetables, as well as the glass of natural tomato. Let everything be done for about 10 minutes.
- The eggs should be done by now, so remove the shell, cut them into pieces, and toss them into the stir-fry. Now, you will put all this into the mixer and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture.
- Spread a layer of the dough with this preparation and then add the can of tuna and the olive, all well spread. Cover with the other layer and seal all the edges. Beat the remaining egg and use it to paint the outside of the patty.
- Put the foil on the baking sheet and put the empanada in the oven for about 25 – 30 minutes or so.
