This may be the easiest variety of this recipe to prepare. You can buy pita bread or follow our recipe to make it completely homemade.
Ingredients
- Pita bread (recipe above)
- 2 cans of tuna
- 1 onion
- 10 sticks of cangreso
- 100 gr. lettuce
- two tomatoes large
- Sauce yogurt
- Mayonnaise
Preparation of tuna kebab
- The first thing you will do is peel the onion, wash it well under running water, which helps reduce the tear effect, and chop it as much as possible. You are going to put it in a pan, with a little olive oil, to fry it.
- When you see that the onion is slightly fried, add the tuna so that it is slightly fried as well. If you wish, you can also fry the crab sticks, but first remember to cut them into small pieces, so that it is easier to distribute the portions.
- While everything is sautéing, you are going to cut the tomatoes into small pieces, it is best to dice it, and wash the lettuce well under running water to clean it well and crumble it, cutting it in the way that you see fit.
- Toast the pita bread a little in the toaster or put it in the oven for a few minutes, although if you have a sandwich maker it is also good.
- Add a little mayonnaise to the pan with the tuna and stir to mix well.
- Now assemble the bread, having to put the lettuce first, with several tomato cubes and put the corresponding part that is the sauce that you have made.
- You just have to cover it with the yogurt sauce to your liking and you can eat it. Repeat the process until you prepare as many tuna kebab as you want or need.
