- 300 gr. semisweet chocolate
- 50 gr. of butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 50 gr. dark chocolate
- 150 gr. of sugar
- 275 gr. of butter
- Powdered sugar
Preparation of the chocolate Christmas log
- First you must prepare the cake. Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and beat them until you see how they double in volume. Add the sifted flour and the cocoa powder and integrate both ingredients, stirring gently in an enveloping way with a spatula.
- Grease or line the baking tray with aluminum or vegetable foil and spread the dough on it. Bake it at 150ºC for five minutes. When the cake is ready, set it aside and set it aside.
- While the cake is being made, you can start making the log filling. To do this, you have to put the cream in a pot and heat it. Heat the chocolate and butter for a minute in the microwave and, when the cream is about to boil, add them to the pot. Stir and mix for two minutes.
