Tiramisu
Tiramisu is a cold dessert, usually multi-layered, mixing a number of flavors with its fluffy consistency and delicious flavor. With these recipes you can prepare a delicious tiramisu for all your guests.
Traditional tiramisu recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Genoese sponge cake (prescription)
- ¼ kg. by mascarpone
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 glass of brandy
- 1 cup of coffee
Preparation of traditional tiramisu
If you’ve never tried it, you don’t know what you lose with a traditional tiramisu, one of the richest desserts out there.
- The first thing is to beat three egg whites with sugar until they are peaked, while the other three yolks will be beaten with sugar to form a foamy cream.
- When the dough gathers body, add the mascarpone little by little and continue beating, better if you use a manual mixer, and add the whipped whites little by little, without stopping stirring. With everything already mixed, pour in the brandy for more flavor and blend again.
- Make a cup of coffee to which you can also add a little brandy. Cut the cake horizontally into three exactly equal sheets.
- Put the first one on the base and moisten it with the coffee, pour the cream that you have prepared and put another sheet of sponge cake. Repeat the process and put the last sheet.
- Put in the fridge, for at least 8 hours, so that all the ingredients are unified. When serving, you can top with chocolate or chocolate shavings.
