- 4 teeth of Garlic
- 12 fresh parsley leaves
- Olive oil
- Ground black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation of grilled mushrooms with lemon
- Rinse the mushrooms well, then drain and pat dry with absorbent kitchen paper. Leave them reserved for now.
- Now peel the four garlic cloves, remove the flat part with a dry cut and slice them one by one.
- Pour a little olive oil into a skillet and heat it over low-medium heat. When it begins to heat up, add the garlic slices.
