  1. We wash the rice well with water so that it releases part of the starch it contains. Then we put it in a saucepan with plenty of water and let it cook at medium power.   5. We moisten two sheets of nori in water and spread them on two mats. We will use one for salmon and the other for tuna. In these sheets we distribute the rice well, leaving a free space in which the filling will go.
  6. We put a little salmon, avocado, cucumber and celery on the side, and on the other the same but with the salmon.
  7. We are going to roll them very carefully so that the filling does not come out. When they are ready, let it rest so that they are made to form.
  8. Then we wet a knife in water, so that the cut is easier for us.
  9. After cutting the desired pieces, decorate the top with some trout roe and a few pieces of salmon, and serve to enjoy this delicious delicacy.
