Mushroom recipe with ham and garlic

Ingredients for four people:

  • 500 gr. thistle mushroom
  • 4 teeth of Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chilli
  • 150 gr. from Serrano ham
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Ground black pepper

Preparation of Italian panettone

  1. Start by peeling the onion, wash it and cut it as small as you can. Do the same with the garlic and the ham. Reservation.
  2. Wash the mushrooms with plenty of water to remove any excess soil they may bring, dry them immediately with absorbent paper and chop them. It will suffice if you cut them in half.
  3. Add a little olive oil to a skillet and heat. As soon as it is done, add the onion and wait for it to become transparent, which will only take ten minutes. Add the mushrooms as soon as the onion has turned this color.
  4. In another pan, add a little oil as well and, when hot, add the garlic. Sauté the garlic until it begins to give off its aroma and then add the pieces of serrano ham and sauté for five minutes over medium heat.
  5. When five minutes have passed, add the mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste and stir to integrate. Then it is the turn to add the wine and, when you do, turn up the heat so that all the alcohol evaporates.
