Sobaos pasiegos
Ingredients for four people:
- 250 gr of flour
- 250 grams of sugar
- 250 gr of butter
- 3 eggs
- 25 ml of rum
- 1 envelope of royal yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
Sobaos pasiegos recipe:
–Mix the sugar with the butter in “ointment”. Shake the eggs and add them to the previous mixture. Add the rum and salt.
–Mix the flour with the yeast and add it to the egg dough. Shake until you get a dough homogeneous.
-Place the dough on the typical molds wax paper or, failing that, on a baking tin previously greased with butter.
–Cook in the oven at 180º for 15 minutes and let cool.
