Ingredients:
- 200 gr. Maria type cookies (equivalent to one package).
- 500 ml. of liquid cream.
- 300 gr. cream cheese.
- 80 gr. of butter.
- 200 cc of milk
- 120 gr. of sugar
- 1 envelope of curd
- Strawberry jam (or flavor of your choice).

- To start preparing this delicious homemade cheesecake you have to start by preparing the base. To do this, put the cookies in the chopper to crush them until they are made into powder. If you don’t have a mincer you can crush them with the mortar or by putting them in a tightly closed bag and crushing them with a roller.
- Then put the butter in a container and melt it in the microwave for a couple of minutes until it is liquid.
- Transfer the crushed cookies to a deep bowl and add the melted butter. Stir well so that they are impregnated and have a texture similar to wet sand.
- Now in the mold that you are going to use (preferably removable) put greaseproof paper on the base and place the cookie dough on the base, covering it well. Crush with your hands so that the cookies are well compact. Reserve in the fridge.
- With the base of your cake already made, it is time to prepare the filling. Put a saucepan on the fire and add the milk, the liquid cream, the cream cheese and the curd. Stir non-stop while simmering until no lumps remain.
- Once the mixture is completely liquid, add the sugar and continue stirring for 2 more minutes over low heat.
- Pour the mixture over the cookie base that you had reserved and let it cool out of the fridge. When the cake is almost cold, put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours to set.
- Once the 4 hours have passed, your cake has to be curdled. If so, cover the surface with the jam of your choice and the traditional cheesecake is ready to serve.
- Unmold and eat. You’ll see how delicious it is!
