Ingredients for four people:

1 tablespoon of black pepper
500 ml. liquid cream
50 ml. brandy
1 tablet of meat concentrate
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation of the homemade pepper sauce

To start preparing this recipe, the first thing we have to do is put a little olive oil in a pan and, as soon as it is hot, add the tablespoon of black pepper.
As soon as the pepper begins to roast, pour in the brandy and turn the heat to high for five minutes. This will evaporate the alcohol.
Now add the 500 ml. of liquid cream and add the half tablet of meat concentrate and a little salt. As soon as everything begins to boil, lower the heat to low.
