The pastry cream with eggIt has a very distinctive flavor, which you cannot mistake.
- ½ liter of milk.
- 4 eggs.
- 150 gr. of sugar.
- 45 gr. Of flour.
- 1 lemon rind.
- 1 branch of vanilla.
- 50 gr. of butter.
Recipe for pastry cream with egg.
- We boil the milk with the vanilla and the lemon rind. At the moment it has boiled enough, we remove it from the heat and let it cool a little until it is warm.
- Mix the sugar and flour in a bowl and pour the milk little by little. When the ingredients have been fused with the milk, we add the well beaten eggs. We mix until the cream is formed.
- We put everything back into the saucepan and heat again on the fire until it thickens.
- Pour into a container, cover with a layer of butter and put in the fridge to cool before using.
