- You have to heat the cream and melt white chocolate, the first thing. To do this, in a saucepan with water we will place a glass container in which we will have put 60 gr. of cream and 275 gr. of white chocolate. Close it well so that the water does not enter and begin to heat over medium heat.
- When it begins to melt, we take it out to stir it until it is well melted.
- Now we are going to prepare some meringue; To do this we have to whip the two egg whites with the whisk of the mixer at low power.
- Next, we will hydrate a sheet of gelatin in hot water and pour it over the whites that have already been assembled.
- In a separate container, we put another 250 gr. of whipped cream, and we begin to beat it with the mixer at low speed, until it is mounted. To start taking more dough, we can add white sugar.
- Once the cream is mounted, we add the whites and begin to stir everything slowly with the mixer.
- With everything mixed, it is time to add the chocolate little by little while we move the mixer through the container so that everything is stirred and it is well mixed.
- Once the mixture is finished, it only remains to distribute it into containers, chill in the fridge for 4 – 5 hours and it will be ready.
