- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of goat cheese

- 100 gr. breadcrumbs

- 1 teaspoon of water
- Olive oil
To make the vinaigrette:
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 50 ml. Modena or balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml. extra virgin olive oil
- Ground black pepper
Preparation of the warm mushroom salad
- First, you should wash the lettuce and mushrooms well with water. Drain both ingredients and reserve them separately.
- Cook the eggs: For this you must place them in a saucepan with water and a handful of salt. Put the heat on medium-low and once the water starts to boil, count 10 minutes.
- Also reserve them, preferably on a plate in the refrigerator, so that they cool quickly.
- While the eggs are cooking, you can caramelize the nuts: Put the honey, sugar and water in a saucepan. Turn the heat to low, and once the mixture begins to take color, add the peeled walnuts.
